• All persons 18 of age or older are required to fill out an application
• Good Credit Score of 620 or above is required
• No prior evictions
• Positive payment history
• No unpaid property debt
• No unpaid utilities
• (SMUD, PG&E, or phone bills)
• Bankruptcies must be discharged with no negative credit following
• Applicant must qualify by having a monthly income of 3 times the rent amount
